Many elements surreal (the ballet of ectoplasm at all) in a film that wants to be carefree and joyous music. It 's a joy for the ears and eyes, and all your characters are sympathetic and convincing.
The final dance between Allen and Hawn, justly famous, has a magic and simplicity at the same time that moves, and only applies to the entire film.
